In addition to our individual services, Hands of Heartland is proud to provide Respite Services to the hard-working families of the people we support. These Respite Services are in place to offer short-term relief to the non-paid caregivers who reside with individuals receiving our services.
When family members are able to take brief rests from their caregiving responsibilities, they often strengthen their ability to provide continued care to their loved ones. Our Respite Services provide a well-deserved break while people receive compassionate care in a safe environment.
Respite Services are offered in a variety of settings including small group residence, family homes, and natural home. These services are provided by our highly trained team members in order to supply health and safety oversight during periods of the family member’s absence.
