One way that we enrich our Create-ables program is through our fully-operational woodshop here at Hands of Heartland. Our woodshop is a safe, inclusive place that provides support and assistance for people as they develop the creative pieces ordered by the public.
Create-Ables - Inclusive Community for Creatives
Through Create-ables, we are working toward building an “Inclusive Community for Creativity” for the people we support — allowing them to enjoy teamwork with one another, as well as working alongside people without disabilities in order to promote inclusion and develop useful life and vocational skills.
