Theresa Troncoso
Clinical Services Administrator
Theresa Troncoso, Clinical Services Administrator, brings over 29 years of specialized experience in the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) field. After earning her nursing degree in 1992, she spent eight years at the San Angelo State Supported Living Center followed by a 20-year tenure at Caregiver, where she rose from Lead Nurse to Clinical Service Manager. Since joining the HOH team in 2022, she has continued her deep-rooted passion for serving the IDD community.
