Tammy Coffey

Tammy Coffey brings nine years of dedicated experience in the ID/DD field to Hands of Heartland, as the Quality Assurance and Compliance Director for Nebraska. Her career has spanned leadership roles including Executive Director for Mosaic in Central Nebraska, as well as work in Quality Assurance and Compliance. Before entering the field, Tammy served her community as a police officer, grounding her approach in strong ethics, accountability, and community-focused service. She is a licensed Assisted Living Administrator in Nebraska and previously held a Nebraska Nursing Home Administrator license.
