Tabatha Cunningham has been in the IDD field for 16 years and joined Hands of Heartland two years ago as the Quality Assurance & Compliance Director. During the years leading up to playing a key role at Hands of Heartland, Tabatha proudly served the IDD communities as an LPN, RN, Director of Nursing, and SLP provider.
Tabatha loves leading & supporting team members and other leaders who make sacrifices everyday to ensure the participants receive the best possible services. She has a strong passion for the medical field and enjoys implementing systems that can benefit everyone from team members, families, and people served by the caring Hands of Heartland team.
