Nicole Van Pool
Regional Director - Central, Southeast & Bellevue, NE
Nicole Van Pool is a Regional Director for Hands of Heartland and has been working in the IDD field for 16 years. Nicole loves providing person centered services and helping people reach their full potential.
She has a Bachelor’s in Communication Disorders from University of Nebraska at Kearney (UNK), Master of Public Administration from University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) , and a Masters in Certified Behavior Analysis from the University of West Florida. Nicole will take the boards in 2024 to become a board certified behavior analyst. She is from Nevada but now calls Nebraska home; Nicole donates time to many organizations including the Arc of Central Nebraska where she serves on the Board of Directors.
