Area Director - West Point, South Sioux City
Lane Porter is Area Director for West Point, Fremont and South Sioux City. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Human Relations from Doane College. His decade in the IDD field include roles as Executive Director, Behavioral Support Specialist, and Mental Health Response Team member. Lane is passionate about creating inclusive environments that honor the dignity and unique strengths of every individual.
With a background in crisis response, residential services, and community-based programs, Lane is committed to helping teams thrive and ensuring participants receive the highest quality of care. He enjoys being active in the community through local diversity, leadership, and volunteer efforts
