Kyle Clemens
State Director - Iowa
Kyle Clemens was born and raised in Council Bluffs, IA, and has a B.S. in Human Services and a M.A. in Management. He has 38 years of experience in human services and joined Hands of Heartland in 2026 as State Director for Iowa. Prior to his role with HOH, Kyle served as the Residential Director for AmeriServe International in Council Bluffs. His previous leadership roles include Unit Director for Park Place in Glenwood, IA; Executive Director of Youth Care, Inc.; and Supervisor of OJS services for the Nebraska Family Collaborative. Additionally, Kyle spent 19 years with Boys Town, where he served as a Family Teacher, Coordinator of Foster Care, and Assistant Director of Family Based Services.
