Beth Libra
Area Director - Norfolk
Beth Libra is the Area Director for Norfolk. She is a passionate national speaker and IDD advocate. As a parent of a young person with developmental disabilities, Beth brings personal insight and deep commitment to her work in promoting inclusive, person-centered practices.
She actively serves on the Nebraska Developmental Disabilities Board as well as several other local and national boards dedicated to advancing the rights and quality of life for people with disabilities. Beth is also a proud ambassador for Charting the LifeCourse, a nationally recognized framework that empowers individuals and families to pursue person-centered planning and meaningful futures.
