Supported Family Living

Supported Family Living is provided in the family home. A caregiver teaches important health, living, social, and leisure skills to enhance the independence and community connection of the individual receiving services. Surrounded by the comforts of home, each person can carve their own path and achieve their specific goals. This habilitative service can include outings, community integration, hygiene, or chores; this service is tailored to each person’s unique needs.
