Hands of Heartland serves both Nebraska and Iowa. It is a second home, a welcoming family, an expanding circle of friends. A people centered vision built around services driven by and created for each unique individual. We believe in empowering and enriching the lives of people with IDD through skill enhancement, meaningful connection, and community advocacy. We tailor a vast array of services to each individual offering support to pursue any goal and live bright, vibrant lives.

Individuals with varying levels of mental, physical, and behavioral needs all have a place here. The dedicated team members are highly trained, compassionate people ready to support and lift individuals to new heights. Integrity, transparency, and respect are our key principles. Whatever the need, we strive to meet every person where they are in their journey. Every step  is designed to promote independence, enhance growth, and create opportunities for people in services, clients, families, and employees to thrive.
